How It Works

Custom orders are non-refundable. They are made specially for you.
If your item arrives damaged please contact us right away! We will ask for photos of the shipping box if damaged, and pictures of the product.
We strive to have nothing but happy customers with a glowing reputation.
Delays with shipping on the postal service side is out of our control.
