The Story
My name is Gemma Price and my life was never a fairytale, but I never expected it to turn into a haunted gothic tale of ghosts, witches, and evil adversaries. Given my life up until now, maybe I should have kept these possibilities on the back burner.
At thirty years old I find myself traveling across the country to start a new life after my previous one fell apart completely. With nothing but the open road in front of me and my best friend and beloved ghost-pug Luna, that is, we’ve set course for New England.
When the ancestral home I arrive at is already occupied by a Gilded Age ghost, I start to wonder if I’ve bitten off more than I can chew.
Just when I think things really couldn’t get any weirder, I find myself in the middle of a rash of missing and murdered townspeople. When the likely suspect is not only more than magical in nature but also hell-bent on destroying the one soul I love the most, I find myself on a journey to solve and try to defeat the greatest threat I could have encountered.
With loss and death looming over my life, I can’t help but wonder if I’m supposed to be in this place, or if I’ve just lined myself and Luna up for dinner.

Luna and I have called Willow’s Hollow home for a year now, and my life could not be more different.
I've adapted to life post defeated-soul-eater quite nicely! With my ghost pug at my side, along with my best friend Ruby, my ghostly great-great-grandmother, new boyfriend, and a litany of other spectral beings, I'm ready to take on the world.
But all that comes crashing down when the town sheriff shows up dead, or rather, murdered on my brand new shop's doorstep. Now I'm not only embroiled in a murder investigation, but when Willow Manor starts to become Grand Central for corpses, I'm also deemed the prime suspect. Now I'm back in the fray, trying to plead my innocence, run my new business, play soul reaper, and nurture my budding romance with Leo.
There are not enough hours in the day! And I can’t help thinking that, even for being a witch living in a haunted house, I find myself in the center of too many tragedies. I thought defeating Morgen would be my biggest challenge since calling this place home. But now I can’t seem to shake the feeling that something even worse is on the horizon.

About the Author
Having always had a love of writing, I finally brought the dream of authoring a book to reality. The story of Willow’s Hollow was and is still very much a work of healing and therapy for myself. After losing my beloved soul-pug Lola, getting lost in a world where you could stay with your best friend for all time sounded like the place to be, and the Willow’s Hollow Mystery was born.
I can not thank you enough for taking this journey with me and giving the world of Willow's Hollow a chance. I know we all wish we could exist in a world where our beloved pets could be with us forever, so I hope you can enjoy the world I created where they can.
